Can we choose which places to visit?
Select a custom expereince and we’ll plan your ultimate day out. Of course, the final itinerary will depend on availability.
Do I have to purchase a ticket if I don’t want to eat or drink?
Are the tours suitable for locals?
Definitely! We love to welcome locals and we are sure you’ll discover something new. Who doesn’t love a day out with good food and wine?!
Are the tours suitable for children?
Certainly, please select the custom tour option and we’ll organise the perfect day for your family.
Can I shop while on the tour?
Of course. We’d love you to support our local economy!
Can you accommodate food allergies?
We can cater for most food preferences and allergies. Please check prior to booking.
Is the food locally sourced?
Yes, we are passionate about supporting local growers, producers and manufacturers.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes, give the gift of an experience with a voucher redeemable for any tour. Perfect for foodies, locals and visitors. Vouchers are available online from $100 to $1000
What if the weather is not ideal?
All tours operate rain, hail or snow! It is impossible to cancel a tour at the last minute due to circumstances beyond our control. Bring a jacket and your sense of humour!

How many people will be on the tour?
Walking Tasting Trail Tour: 1 – 6 guests
Walking Heritage Trail Tour: 1- 8 guests
Private Group Tours 1 – 7 guests
What if I am running late?
To be respectful to all tour participants, our tours start on time. When you book a tour, you will receive a confirmation email with information regarding the start time and meeting location. We recommend arriving five minutes early. Late arrivals and no-shows will not receive a refund.
What if I need to cancel?
Please read our terms and conditions and notify in writing.
Will I need to sign a waiver?
Yes, our insurance company requires all guests over the age of 18 to sign a waiver. If you choose not to sign, you will not be able to participate in the tour and no refund will be given.
